Mount Mary Cabernet Jelly 2011 Cunliffe & Waters Cordials

Mount Mary Cabernet Jelly 2011. Back in 2009, the good folk at Mount Mary let us have a play with some of their cabernet must on the fourth day of its ferment. From this we made our first batch of Cabernet Jelly and the resulting jewel-like deliciousness was met with much acclaim and disappeared with startling speed. After a two year hiatus, Mount Mary allowed us a slightly larger volume of wine and we are very happy to bring you the 2011 Cabernet Jelly. Some would cry it utter sacrilege, but once tasted (with nothing less than very excellent cheese) you will be converted.

Cunliffe & Waters Meyer Lemon Cordial will have you reminiscing about summers long gone. The tarty sweetness of this rather grown up cordial mixed with crushed ice, soda water and a sprig of mint makes a perfect summer drink. We've been told it is particularly refreshing with a splash of vodka or gin.

Cunliffe & Waters Raspberry Cordial is red because of the lovely Willamette raspberries we have used and not because of some nasty colouring that will send the kids into a spin. We recommend not wasting it on the children and enjoying it with crushed ice, a slice of lime and perhaps a splash of vodka. For a very fun pink drink, pop a tiny splash in some sparkling wine - very grown up indeed.

Cunliffe & Waters Passionfruit Cordial is made from delicious fruit and, well frankly, a whole lot of passion. It's tart, it's sweet, it's tangy; it tastes exactly like passionfruit cordial should and it's sunshine yellow because we've used the best fruit possible. So beware of pale imitations and mix with crushed ice and soda water for a gorgeous sundowner.
