AMANDA She is the name behind the brand and our official den mother. Amanda keeps us happy, well fed and still manages to create lovely new products. We'd be nothing without her.

CAROLINE Now retired from active stove duties, Caroline oversees the day to day running of the business and fancies herself as a marketing whiz. Currently channelling her natural bossiness into teaching preserving classes →

NARELLE Our kitchen manager and efficiency personified. Narelle is about 10 steps ahead of everyone else and sometimes moves so quickly she is invisible.

RAE Our resident jam thermometer, Rae knows setting points as well as her name. Good nature personified.

BELINDA Belinda has brought a breath of fresh air into the kitchen along with a very fine work ethic. No task is too daunting nor too dreary and if it is she hides it well.

ANDREW Andy started with us at 14, cleaning the kitchen after school and happily he is still with us ten years later. He labels, he packs, he sings and he can even cook!

MEG Our Gen Y ambassador, translator and computer wunderkind, Meg is the eyes and ears of the operation. Oh and she cooks beautifully too.

SIMONE Dynamite at markets, Simone could sell fridges to Eskimos. She also manages to keep our books and sometimes even us in order.

MERLIN Our meringue chef, mentor, graphic designer and international man of mystery.

SUE We had to share Sue with the wine industry for a year, but the irresistible glamour of the jam world finally won and C & W are all the better for it
