Greenstone Cabernet Jelly Marinade

This recipe can be used with brisket or pork belly – one of my absolute favourites.


  • 2 tblsp Greenstone Cabernet Jelly
  • 2 tblsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 3 star anise
  • 1 teaspoon of chilli oil (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to the boil simmer for 2 mins
  2. Cool
  3. Add to meat as a marinade
