Lamb Kasoundi—Short Cut with the Slow Cooker

Please note you can use any vegetables you like!

Ingredients

  • 1kg diced lamb shoulder
  • 1 jar Tomato Kasoundi
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 1 diced zucchini
  • 1 diced red or green capsicum
  • 1 small diced sweet potato
  • ½ cup puy lentils
  • ½ cup chopped coriander

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into your slow cooker on low.
  2. Cook for approx. 6-8 hours.
  3. Serve with Basmati Rice, Greek Yogurt, Lime and Date Chutney, garnish with coriander.
