Mango & Pineapple Chutney Chicken Baguettes for the perfect Ladies Lunch!
- 2 Cups Shredded Chicken
- 2 Tblsp of Mango & Pineapple Chutney
- 2 Tblsp of Whole Egg Mayonaise
- 2 Tblsp of Sour Cream
- 1 Stick of Celery Thinly Sliced
- 1/4 Cup of Toasted Slivered Almonds
- 1 Crusty Baguette
- 1 Cos Lettuce
- Mix the chicken, mango & pineapple chutney, sour cream, mayonnaise, celery and almonds into a bowl.
- Cut the baguette into approx. 8 pieces (2 inches wide).
- Wash the cos lettuce cups and dry off.
- Place the cos lettuce cup inside the baguette, add the chicken and mango and pineapple filling.
