Tomato Kasoundi Chicken Curry

This easy delicious curry will impress any crowd. Simply serve on a bed of rice and garnish with coriander. Enjoy!!

Serves 4/  Approx cooking time 25mins


  • 1 Jar of Tomato Kasoundi
  • 320ml Water
  • 200ml Coconut Milk
  • 2 Diced Chicken Fillets skin off
  • 1 Cubed Potato
  • 1 Cubed Carrot
  • 1 Handful of Snow Peas
  • 1 Handful of Coriander
  • 1/4 cup Toasted Almonds (optional)


  1. Add the jar of Tomato Kasoundi to a non stick pot
  2. Add water, potatoes and carrot, simmer till soft - lid on
  3. Add coconut milk and diced chicken - medium simmer for 5 mins lid off
  4. Add snow peas simmer for 2-5 mins lid off
