Cunliffe & Waters preserves are handcrafted in small batches in Coldstream, in Victoria’s Yarra Valley. Founded in 1996, we have been making Australian jams, marmalades, chutneys, relishes, sauces, pickles and other pantry favourites for 30 years.

Our jams and marmalades are cooked quickly to retain the natural colour and flavour of the fruit, while our savoury preserves are slowly simmered to develop their flavour and texture.

All but one product in the Cunliffe & Waters range is gluten-free, and we use natural preservatives in our handcrafted preserves.

Ingredients and allergens vary between products. Always check the product label before consuming, particularly if you have coeliac disease, a food allergy or a specific dietary requirement. You can also contact us before ordering if you need information about a particular product.

Because our preserves are perishable food products, we generally cannot accept returns for a change of mind.

Please contact us if you have a question or concern about your order. Products that are damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied will be assessed and resolved in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Please inspect your Cunliffe & Waters order when it arrives. If a jar is damaged, a product is faulty or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@cunliffeandwaters.com.au.

Please include your order details and photographs of the product and packaging where possible. This will help us assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
