Founded by Amanda Cunliffe in 1996, Cunliffe & Waters has built a reputation for crafting Australia's finest handcrafted preserves using locally sourced ingredients from the Yarra Valley. With a focus on quality, flavor, and authenticity, we create each batch of our award-winning artisanal products as if for ourselves, with extra to share.

Our jams and marmalades are quickly cooked in small batches to preserve vibrant flavors of locally sourced fruits, while our savory range is simmered over a longer period to achieve perfect taste and texture. Using only natural preservatives and the finest Yarra Valley produce, all but one of our handcrafted preserves are gluten-free.

In 2017, Simone and Joshua O'Dea took over the business. Having already spent over 20 years working alongside Amanda Cunliffe, Simone has brought her deep expertise to the role. Together, Simone and Josh have nurtured the brand's artisanal roots while driving its continued growth, maintaining our commitment to creating award-winning artisanal products from the Yarra Valley.
