In support of all the farmers that have been affected by the appalling sabotaging of the fruit from Queensland, the ABC filmed at our kitchen today of what to do with strawberries.  We had the pleasure of James Hancock stirring the pot and making a lovely batch of Yarra Valley Strawberry Jam whilst Vinnie bossed us around whilst filming.  This will be featured on the ABC breakfast news tomorrow at approx 7.30am.

We now have gift boxes available for 2 of our jams, relish's, chutneys or marmalade in the 250ml Jar. We have distributed some to each of our stockists they are available now! The Big Roast for Cystic Fibrosis! So proud to support this wonderful cause this month with this fantastic family. The youngest, Grace would refer to cystic fibrosis as '65 Roasters' which lead Kirsty Bowness, Grace's mother, to the idea of holding a big roast . What a wonderful day we all had at Toolangi Tavern! After many requests we have finally done it! Our chilli jam is now available in a 140g Jar and the 320g Jar.  The new jar size is perfect for gifts, cheese platters and for those of you who do not have a lot of room in your fridge. Enjoy!
