Short Cut with the Slow Cooker.
Please note you can use any vegetables you like!
- 1kg diced lamb shoulder
- 1 jar Tomato Kasoundi
- 1 diced carrot
- 1 diced zucchini
- 1 diced red or green capsicum
- 1 small diced sweet potato
- ½ cup puy lentils
- ½ cup chopped coriander
- Place all ingredients into your slow cooker on high.
- Cook for approx. 6-8 hours.
- Serve with Basmati Rice, Greek Yogurt, Lime and Date Chutney, garnish with coriander.
