Salsa Picante' Chilli Con Carne

This Chilli Con Carne, made with Cunliffe & Waters’ Salsa Picante, is rich, bold, and full of flavor. With toasted spices and vibrant red peppers, it’s the perfect warming dish. Add fresh red chilli for extra heat—Arriba!
Ingredients
- 1 Jar of Salsa Picante
- 500 g Minced beef
- 1/2 Tin of Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Tin of Drained Red Kidney Beans
- 1 Handful of Fresh Coriander
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Method
- Fry off the beef until cooked
- Stir in the Salsa Picante
- Stir in the tomatoes
- Stir in the kidney beans
- Bring to the boil, then simmer for 20 minutes
- Serve in taco shells or on a bed of rice or add to nacho's
