Salsa Picante' Chilli Con Carne

This Chilli Con Carne, made with Cunliffe & Waters’ Salsa Picante, is rich, bold, and full of flavor. With toasted spices and vibrant red peppers, it’s the perfect warming dish. Add fresh red chilli for extra heat—Arriba!

Ingredients

  • 1 Jar of Salsa Picante
  • 500 g Minced beef
  • 1/2 Tin of Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Tin of Drained Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 Handful of Fresh Coriander
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Method

  1. Fry off the beef until cooked
  2. Stir in the Salsa Picante
  3. Stir in the tomatoes
  4. Stir in the kidney beans
  5. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 20 minutes
  6. Serve in taco shells or on a bed of rice or add to nacho's
  7. Aribba!
