Smokey BBQ Spice Rub  100g

An aromatic flavor boost for any BBQ meat, simply rub on beef, lamb, chicken or pork drizzle with olive oil and cook away.

For sticky ribs or chicken wings add a few tablespoons of brown sugar.

Cooking Time 4 hours

Oven Temp: 130 degrees

 

Ingredients

1-1.2kg Brisket 

25g Smokey BBQ Spice Rub

20ml Olive Oil

 

Rub Brisket with Olive Oil, sprinkle over and rub in the spice mix.

 

Put in an oven tray, cover with lid or foil.

 

Cook in the oven for 4 hours, fat side up. you can remove each hour and baste with the juices, remove lid or foil for the last 15 minutes, turn oven up to 200 degrees.

 

Remove from heat and serve.
